Known for its’ familiar slogan “Where The Surf Meets The Turf in Del Mar” here is one of the “must do’s” to add to your list while visiting San Diego.
Make your way to Del Mar race track! Opening day is mid July each year and over 40,000 fans are expected to attend. There is still plenty of time to lay down your bets and have some fun. Ladies you can still don you hats and have a great time out with friends or family.
Based on prior years, admission for Stretch Run is approximately $6.00 and Clubhouse Admission is $10.00 (subject to change; additional price on opening day). Racing season runs through early September. Racing dates and times vary. You are sure to enjoy the fast horses while placing your big bets.
