The North American Police Equestrian Competition (NAPEC) is open to law enforcement officers, civilian posse or volunteers (and horses) who are assigned to a mounted unit that is sanctioned by a Law Enforcement Agency.
NAPEC is where the mounted police units from all over the USA compete.
