Since 2000, British guitarist Eric Clapton has gone on an annual fly fishing trip to Iceland every August.
In August 2016, he landed this monster 42.5in long, 28-lb. salmon in the Vatnsdalsa River near the Dalsfoss Waterfall.
Iceland is an excellent country for fishing and the Vatnsdalsa River is one of the top salmon spots in the country.
