American folk rocker Don McLean will be coming to Flint!
Don is known for his 1971 hit song American Pie, which is about the 1959 plane crash (that killed Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper), and the subsequent cultural changes and profound disillusion and loss of innocence of his generation (the early rock and roll generation).
