Featuring: WENDELL HARRISON
Under the direction of JOSHUA JAMES, the CBBB will showcase the music of the great afro-futurist jazz musician SUN RA. Drawing from his extensive oeuvre, the ensemble will present his early, more “straight-ahead” works coupled with his more exploratory, “cosmic” innovations.
The Cliff Bells Big Band presents curated concerts featuring a collection of all-star musicians from the Detroit jazz scene.
