Every July 4th since 1888, there has been a huge boat party on Lake Minnetonka in Excelsior, Minnesota.
9am they have a Sand Sculpture Contest at Commons Beach, 11am Popsicle Social, 7pm the Wolverines Big Band plays at the Commons Bandshell and 10pm the fireworks start.
