Tunarama Tuna Toss is a world championship competition in Port Lincoln, South Australia where men and women gather to throw tuna fish.
Port Lincoln is the “Seafood Capital” of Australia and this festival was inspired by how fisherman throw tuna from boats to waiting trucks.
It has been described as being similar to the Olympic sport of Hammer Throwing.
