Super Troopers 3 is the third installment in the cult comedy franchise created by the Broken Lizard comedy troupe.
Directed by Jay Chandrasekhar, the film reunites the original cast for another round of absurd highway patrol antics, combining the series’ signature prank humor with a new crime investigation.
Plot:
The story follows the Vermont State Troopers as they investigate a dangerous new drug ring, but their police work is constantly derailed by an increasingly ridiculous personal situation: Farva becomes engaged to Thorny’s sister, and Thorny is determined to stop the wedding. The result is a mix of undercover investigations, family chaos, and the over-the-top comedy fans expect from the series.
AMC is also releasing themed collectibles, including a Farva-inspired mustached popcorn bucket and a “Liter of Cola” souvenir cup, referencing two of the franchise’s most iconic jokes.
