Ski Archery

Ski Archery is exactly as badass as it sounds.

You ski down the side of mountain while shooting targets with a bow and arrow.

This centuries-old practice from Scandinavia is considered a “moving meditation” that combines the strength and endurance of the cross-country skier with the steady skills of the archer.

The sport’s origins date to 1540 in Norway, but it didn’t become a competitive discipline until Italy rediscovered the sport in 1991 and it became popular enough to re-evaluate the rules and format.

Ski Archery

Race over snow-covered terrain on skis, then calm your heart rate to hit targets that represent obstacles (fear or doubt) or goals (gratitude or acceptance) on the path to authenticity and self-awareness.

Elevate your cardiovascular fitness by skiing, then focus your intent, take aim, and let go of attachment by releasing the arrow.
