Largely considered one of the world’s top comic book & pop culture events, the San Diego Comic-Con has it all.
Started in 1970 by native Detroiter Shel Dorf and others, the SDCC now attracts over 165,000+ attendees.
It takes place inside the 2.6 million square foot San Diego Convention Center, which is located on beautiful San Diego Bay.
It typically sells out, but badges may be made available to the general public through a badge auction.
Any true comic or pop culture fan needs to make a pilgrimage here at least once or twice.
