New this year is Ribs and Chicken Wings. Entry fee is $100.00 and this contest is ribs and chicken wings .
Payout is for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category and is based on turnout. 60/40 payout. 60% Ribs, 40% Chicken. Please enter no later than March 11th.
Any kind of cooker is welcome with no electrical access provided so bring a generator if needed. Garnish is optional and anything can be used or nothing at all. Ribs and chicken wings must be “NAKED” upon arrival. They can be trimmed but no seasoning or brine in anyway , prior to meat inspection. Only spare or baby back pork ribs and chicken wings flats and/or drummies are allowed.
You must turn in a minimum of 6 individual ribs. Each turn in rib must contain 1 bone . You must turn in a minimum of 6 individual chicken wings / drummies or flats.
Judges may be regular people giving their honest opinions.
