Jeremy Fisher, who also does animation work for Robot Chicken, spent hundreds of hours of work designing and developing this incredible Rancor Monster cosplay costume at his studio in Los Angeles.
The costume is 6-feet tall, weighs 60-lbs and costs $2,000.
Jeremy made a T-shaped structure from PVC piping. Then he used EVA foam (normally used as floor padding) to build the body and limbs. For the skin, he used poly-foam and painted it with a spray gun.
The Rancor Monster is from Star Wars. They are from the planet Dathomir. Jabba the Hutt kept a rancor named Pateesa, below his palace court.
