Started in NYC in 2002 by Improv Everywhere, an NYC-based prankster collective run by public stunts genius Charlie Todd, the No Pants Subway Ride has gradually spread all over the world.
The objective is simple:
Help brighten people’s day a little by being courageous enough to ride the subway without pants, regardless of how cold the temperature is.
