The Mutilated Currency Division of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing at the U.S. Treasury department in Washington, D.C.

They handle about 30,000 cases yearly and have a 90% success rate, reimbursing around $40 million dollars to Americans.

The catch:

At least 51% of the mutilated bill must be recovered in order to get reimbursed.
