Detroit’s annual Marche du Nain Rouge parade!

Help banish the Nain Rouge, that evil red dwarf with blazing red eyes and rotten teeth, who terrorizes the City of Detroit every year! This little bastard has been pranking residents for over 300-years.

Started in 2010 by Francis Grunow, the Marche du Nain Rouge is an annual Spring parade to banish the “red imp of doom!”

Annual Marche du Nain Rouge Parade!

The Parade starts outside the old Traffic Jam & Snug (511 West Canfield St).

Join us as we march for about a mile down Cass Avenue, to the steps of the world’s largest Masonic Temple (500 Temple Street) where the festivities continue inside and outside.

There are typically 5,000-10,000+ people in the parade. Make sure you wear a mask or a full costume!
