One of the top poker runs in the USA, the annual Lake Cumberland Poker Run, takes place on beautiful Lake Cumberland in Southern Kentucky.
Lake Cumberland is 100-miles long, 90-feet deep and features over 1500 houseboats (yes, it’s the “houseboat capital of the world“) and good trout fishing.
The Poker Run is a 110-mile course centered around State Dock. It’s a 2-day run, 9 marinas, 5 cards to play.
State Dock features numerous “boatels,” houseboats converted into floating hotels which can sleep 10-16 people, the State Dock Grill restaurant, live music and more.
