Yes, you read that correctly. New Belgium Brewing Company has commissioned Detroit Bikes to make 2,500 custom Fat Tire bicycles to celebrate New Belgium Brew’s 25th anniversary!
Detroit Bikes is North America’s only large-scale bicycle manufacturer.
Started in 2011 by Zak Pashak, Detroit Bikes is located at 13639 Elmira Street on Detroit’s Westside, basically Plymouth Road and Schaefer Highway.
Designed by Ryan McKee, the bicycles are being made here in Detroit at their 50,000-square foot facility where they normally make up to 100 bicycles per day.
