In November 2016, the glorious city of Denver, Colorado became the first city in America to legally allow people to smoke cannabis inside certain bars and restaurants!
The proposal was called Initiative 300 and it passed by 53.4%.
Business owners in Denver can apply for “BYOM” (Bring Your Own Marijuana) permits where people over 21 years old can bring their own cannabis and consume it indoors and outdoors legally.
Recreational use of marijuana inside private homes has been legal in Denver since 2014.
So, this is another big victory for the ever-growing cannabis crowd and will provide a huge boost in tourism dollars for the city of Denver.
The Jobbie Crew will be vacationing in the Mile High City in 2017 for sure.
