DETROIT – Netflix has just released the trailer for the comedy special it shot in Detroit with Dave Chappelle.
“Dave Chappelle: The Closer” will drop on the streaming service on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
The special was filmed at The Fillmore in Downtown Detroit in August 2021. That’s when the Emmy and Grammy award winning comedian performed 7 consecutive shows in the “Motor City.”
No cell phones, cameras or recording devices were allowed.
The comedy special is listed as being 1 hour and 12 minutes long.
