‘Cyberpunk 2077’ allows gamers to customize their own genitals
The soon-to-be-released “Cyberpunk 2077” offers a randy new function that allows gamers to tailor-make their own private parts.
CD Projekt Red’s first-person shooter video game lets players customize their “breasts, buttocks and genitalia,” according to the game’s description on the Entertainment Software Rating Board website.
Other games, such as “Saints Row: The Third,” have allowed gamers to customize their penis and breast size before, but never to this level of detail, reports Inverse. The site says it has “some of the most graphic sexual content in a mainstream AAA video game ever.”
Gamers can also mix and match various private parts in line with the nonbinary gender policy that CD Projekt Red adopted last year for all their games, according to PC Gamer.
The “Cyberpunk” privates aren’t just for show, either. According to ESRB, “Players can encounter events where they have the option to engage in sexual activities with other main characters or prostitutes.”
And if that wasn’t salacious enough, the role-playing game’s pornographic portrayals depict “partially nude characters moaning suggestively while moving through various positions,” per the site. Some of the risqué scenes even “contain brief depictions of thrusting motions” or “a character’s head moving towards a partner’s crotch.”
The virtual sexperience is made even more intimate by the game’s first-person perspective.
Despite the sexually explicit content, Cyberpunk managed to circumvent an “A” (adults only, 18+) rating and instead clocked an “M” (17+) for mature users.
Is violence more your thing than virtual sex? “Cyberpunk 2077” also features some of the most lurid depictions of violence ever put to pixels.
Players are invited to splatter and dismember enemies with a medley of weapons and even crucify a character by graphically “hammering nails” through their hands and feet, per ESRB.
More game details will be revealed June 11.
“Cyberpunk 2077” will be available for Windows PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, starting Sept. 17, 2020.
