Cosplay Beach Party takes place at beautiful Dodge # 4 State Park on the north shore of Cass Lake in Waterford, Michigan.
The party goes from Noon-9pm.

We are hosting a outdoor cosplay beach/pool-themed party with music featuring various DJs, volleyball tournaments, cosplay photoshoots, watermelon smashing (スイカ割り), and many more WEEB activities!
BYOB for alcohol, State Park only allows keg beer & box wine.
Since there will be consumption of alcohol, the recommended age of the party is 18+. However, it is a public park and anyone of all ages are welcome to attend. Minor attendees should notify their parents/guardian that the environment will include alcoholic beverages present, but we do not condone underage drinking.
Cosplay is an expensive hobby.
From badges to attend the cosplay conventions, hotel rooms, to cosplays we buy or build and buy supply/material can rack up $$$ quickly.
Because of this, we host a FREE ADMISSION event (with the exception of State Park entry fee per vehicle) where cosplayers & affiliates can still do what they love but not worry about spending a large sum of money to attend cosplay events.
However, hosting a free event is not cheap, with cost from equipment rental costs, food/drinks, 200+ watermelons, and VISA Gift Cards for the Cosplay Contest and Volleyball Tournament winners.

Come with your swimsuit version cosplays, or just your regular cosplays! No limitations! Cosplays are not mandatory to attend this event.
