Chick-fil-A, the world’s greatest fast food chain, is finally opening a free standing, brick and mortar location in Metro Detroit!
The new restaurant will be in Allen Park, Michigan, about 10 miles SW of Downtown Detroit. It will be located in the retail maze of Fairlane Green (aka: The Hill), which contains around 40 retail stores in a maze of strip malls.
The grand opening is Thursday, January 9th, 2020 at 6:30 a.m.
That means that the First 100 Campout starts at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday the night before.
Be apart of the First 100 Campout. The first 100 people will receive FREE Chick-fil-A for one year! One superfan has attended 110 camp outs all over the country.
I hope the surrounding businesses and residents are fully prepared for how busy and congested traffic is going to be for the first six months after Chick-fil-A opens. It will be total insanity every day.
Fortunately, there is a Barnes & Noble Bookstore located in Fairlane Green that you can walk over to.
Every year, Chick-fil-A receives over 20,000 franchise applications. They only end up selecting less than 50. That is a less than 1% acceptance rate. They’re the Harvard of the fast food world!
