Cedar Point’s annual Halloween celebration returns with family-friendly activities during the day and terrifying haunted attractions after dark.
HalloWeekends takes place on select days and nights from September 17 through November 1, 2026.
The event transforms Cedar Point’s 364-acre peninsula with haunted mazes, outdoor scare zones, roaming monsters, live entertainment, seasonal food and Halloween-themed versions of popular rides.

The biggest addition for 2026 is DIABLO: The Infernal Path, an immersive haunted maze based on Blizzard Entertainment’s influential horror-fantasy video-game series. Created in celebration of Diablo’s 30th anniversary, the attraction leads guests through cursed cathedrals, corrupted pathways, ancient rituals and fiery environments inspired by the world of Sanctuary. Along the way, visitors will encounter several of the franchise’s most infamous demons, including The Butcher, Duriel, Baal, Mephisto, Lilith and Diablo himself.
It will be located near Steel Vengeance in Frontier Town. Admission requires a separately purchased Haunted Attractions Pass.
Also returning is The Conjuring: Beyond Fear, an interactive horror experience inspired by The Conjuring film universe. Guests become paranormal investigators, encounter malevolent entities such as Annabelle and attempt to secure cursed artifacts before sinister forces overwhelm the living world. This experience requires an additional ticket beyond regular park admission and the Haunted Attractions Pass.

Outdoor haunted areas included with Cedar Point admission include:
- Crystal Rock Massacre
- Cut Throat Cove
- Tombstone Terror-tory
- CornStalkers 2.0
- Clownz: Hall of Infamy Tour
Several popular rides will receive temporary Halloween transformations, including:
GateKreeper, RougaBOO, MaverEEK!, Boo Streak, Ocean Potion and the Midway Scare-ousel, which will operate backward.
HalloWeekends is not exclusively for adult visitors and horror fans. During the day, Cedar Point offers more than 20 Halloween activities and attractions for families and younger children. Highlights include the Trick-or-Treat Trail, pumpkin decorating and picking, corn and hay mazes, crafts, costume contests, PEANUTS character appearances and live entertainment.
