Michigan’s Hottest Halloween Costume party is coming up!

This Halloween costume party has been happening at Browns Bar on the first Saturday in October every year since 1946!

Browns Bar is owned by Billy Fritts (early organizer and popularizer of Jobbier Nooner) and you can expect several thousand people there.

Browns has 50+ boat wells for boats, so you can conveniently pull your boat right up to the bar! You MUST call ahead to reserve a well. Most of these wells are already taken.

Otherwise, you have to take a car. Browns is located on Harsens Island.

To get there, take Champion’s Auto Ferry from the mainland (3647 Pointe Tremble Road, Algonac, Michigan). Yes, you will drive your car onto the ferry, pay the $12.00 roundtrip fee and they will take you to Harsens Island.
