Brooke Shields is one of the most recognizable faces in the world. She began her modeling career at 11 months old and was the youngest fashion model ever to appear on the cover of Vogue magazine.
At age nine, she appeared in her first film, Alice Sweet Alice, and rapidly gained fame after starring in Pretty Baby and the coming-of-age tales Blue Lagoon and Endless Love. As a model, Brooke has graced the covers of hundreds of magazines, most notably as Time Magazine’s “Face of the Eighties.”
Each year, Port Huron’s Town Hall presents a series of four programs on Monday mornings at 10:30 am at the McMorran Place Theatre.
The kickoff to this season features an intimate conversation with Brooke Shields being moderated by Chuck Gaidica.
Port Huron Town Hall offers a luncheon immediately after each lecture, which is another opportunity to share in the speaker’s unique experiences and perspectives.
The luncheons are currently held at the Port Huron Golf Club (4101 Fairway Dr, Fort Gratiot, MI 48059) and feature Q & A time with the speaker.
Reservations must be made in advance as space is limited. Luncheon reservations are for ticket holders only and are non-refundable.
