Michigan’s lake sturgeon are 135 million years old, they grow up to 7-feet long and weigh 150-lbs. These magical creatures are some of the best fish in our lakes.
Every year, the Friends of the St. Clair River put on a great event to celebrate everything sturgeon called the “Blue Water Sturgeon Festival.”
The 8th annual event is offering two Sturgeon Cruises at 1:00pm and 3:00pm to bring an immersive experience with big fish and small crowds, and is centered on providing close encounters with Lake Sturgeon from onboard the Huron Lady.
