Chet Baker was a jazz trumpeter & vocalist and long-time heroin addict.
His nickname was “The Prince of Cool” and his style of singing and playing was mellow, relaxed, and had an effortless flow.
He died tragically on May 13th, 1988, when he fell from a hotel balcony in Amsterdam.
His music is best listened to when you need to chill out.
