A possibly strange monster has been spotted recently near the village of Pretor, Albania.
Pretor is located on Great Prespa Lake. The lake overlaps Albania, Greece and Macedonia. And at 2,7000 feet elevation, it is the highest tectonic lake in the Balkans.
Tourists recently spotted what they say is the Great Prespa Lake Monster (aka: the Albanian Loch Ness Monster).
