Every year, the Pumpkin Festival takes place at the Blooming Baroque Gardens of Ludwigsburg Palace in Germany.
This is the world’s largest pumpkin exhibition at Germany’s largest baroque castle (built in 1704). It also features the Giant Pumpkin Regatta.
You paddle a 550+ pound pumpkin on Castle Lake and compete for prizes.
This year will also feature Michigan’s own Ray Villafane (Villafane Studios) showcasing his amazing Hubbard Family. Ray is one of the world’s top pumpkin carvers. He will be there September 15-18.
There will be a Giant Pumpkin Carving Festival on October 16th.
