The annual Walled Lake Fishing Derby is coming up!
Anglers will have access to a private parking lot and use of a private launch site the day of the event.
Top 5 longest bass pays out $1,000.00, $600.00, $400.00, $200.00, $100.00 respectively. Largest Pike $200.00, Largest Perch $200.00, Largest Crappie $200.00, Largest Panfish $200.00, Largest Rock Bass $200.00.
Registered anglers will also have a shot at caching a tagged bass that if caught during the derby time frame, will pay out $1,000.00!!Kids categories and prizes too!
Weigh in at The Tiki Bar & Grill on Walled Lake 142 East Lake Drive. Lots of door prizes and raffles prizes.
Lastly, this date is on the Michigan Free Fishing Weekend, Anglers are not required to have a Michigan Fishing License to fish the event.
