Campus Martius Park in downtown Detroit is hosting a free outdoor movie series.
Bring a chair or blanket and find a spot on the lawn for a relaxing summer evening under the stars.
The park opens at 6 pm before select movies to enjoy special onsite activations before the movie starts at 7 pm. Popcorn is available from Poppin Top Hat and drinks from Parc or BrisaBar will also be available for purchase.
The Fifth Element (1997) is a sci-fi fantasy movie. In the colorful future, a cab driver unwittingly becomes the central figure in the search for a legendary cosmic weapon to keep Evil and Mr. Zorg at bay.
