The winner of this event, in addition to the stated prizes, will have their name added to the famous Stanley Cup of BBQ and keep it for 1 year.
The winner must agree to return the cup in 1 year for the next contest.

This is a rib/chicken wing burn with a $100 entry, $60 for ribs and $40 for the wings. Payout is for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. The payout is based on participation.

Any kind of cooker is welcome. Limited electrical access.
Garnish is optional and can be whatever you would like to use. Or nothing at all.
Ribs and wings must be “naked” upon arrival. They can be trimmed but no seasoning or brine in anyway, prior to meat inspection.
You must turn in 6 individual ribs and wings. Ribs must contain at least 1 bone. Only spare or baby back ribs are allowed.
