One of the world’s greatest film directors, Steven Spielberg (whose net worth happens to be about $3 BILLION DOLLARS dont cha’know!) is upgrading to a new yacht.
Spielberg was in Detroit last year with John Williams at Max Fisher Music Center and was in town again just a few days ago to honor Bill Ford on behalf of Spielberg’s noble Shoah Foundation. What we want to know is can we get a ride on your yacht!?!?
Spielberg’s current yacht, The Seven Seas, was built November 2010 by yacht-maker Oceanco in Alblasssderdam, Netherlands.
The Seven Seas is 282-feet long, has a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, travels at 20 knots, has a crew of 26 people, features a 78,000 gallon fuel tank and on board has a movie theater, infinity pool, massage room, gym, spa, helipad.
Spielberg’s NEW yacht will be 300-feet long and cost $250mil.
