Steinspark Biergarten will be open soon!
It is the first authentic German-style Beer Garden in Southwest Michigan.
The owner is Norbert Gimmler, a native of Berlin, Germany. The food court looks like a small German village with a schnitzel kitchen, a restroom building and a bratwurst gazebo, Gimmler said. He plans to build five buildings on the site.
