Standup comedian Matt Rife is coming to Detroit.
Rife, 27, has a 15 million followers on TikTok and has appeared on NBC’s “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” and MTV’s “Wild’N’Out.”
Rife has said his two biggest influences in comedy are Dave Chappelle and Ricky Gervais. Rife performed at Dave Chappelle’s 50th birthday show at Madison Square Garden and has called Chappelle a mentor. He has also said Adam Sandler, Jim Carrey, Jim Varney, David Spade, and Robin Williams are people he found influence from.
