Russian hockey player Pavel Datsyuk played for the Detroit Red Wings (2001-2016). He is widely considered one of the best NHL players of all-time.
Datsyuk was a great two-way player with highlight-reel moves who won the Stanley Cup twice and the Selke Trophy three times with the Red Wings.
“Datsyukian” even earned a place on UrbanDictionary.com. Its meaning? “When your moves are so amazingly beyond reason, the only way to describe them is Datsyukian.”
