Old Time Hawkey (OTH) is a man named Fritz who lives in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
OTH has gained a massive online following through his passions: outdoorsmanship, cooking, old-school movies, sweet dog antics, retro video games, and the Detroit Red Wings.
He has published his own cookbook, ‘Recipes from the Cedar Swamp‘. Fritz uses classic ingredients and rustic techniques to produce signature takes on beloved dishes.
