The Detroit Red Wing Alumni will take on a local squad of amateur MI-UCP supporters – the brave and incredible MI-UCP Pucksters.
The roster features:
Darren McCarty, John Ogrodnick, Dino Ciccarelli, Danny DeKeyser, Joe Kocur, Red Berenson, Mickey Redmond, and more!
The Detroit Red Wing Alumni Association (the oldest such organization in the NHL) brings former NHL players together for a common goal: to raise spirits and raise money for some wonderful organizations like MI-UCP.
In addition to the Alumni game, there’s also the Sled Hockey Game, where some amazing athletes from the Belle Tire Sled Hockey Program will play against a team of able-bodied supporters – the MI-UCP Sledsters.
There’s also a 50-50 raffle and a Chuck-a-Puck contest with great prizes!
It’s a fun day for the whole family benefitting the 2.3 million Michiganders with disabilities.
