The annual International Pizza Expo is coming up.
This show is widely considered the central marketplace + networking hub for the global pizza business.
Typically they have over 500 exhibitors and 10,000 attendees.
Competitions include World Pizza Games (acrobatic dough tossing, largest dough stretch, fastest box folding, etc) and the International Pizza Challenge (over 500 of the world’s best pizza makers compete in five divisions).
The festival is put on by Pizza Today Magazine, one of the world’s top pizza publications.
