Tampa, Florida has a great annual craft beer festival called Hunahpu’s Day!
The festival features over 100+ craft beers but the main focus is Cigar City Brewery’s ultra rare and highly coveted Hunahpu Imperial Stout.
HIS is an 11% ABV imperial stout incorporates cocoa nibs, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans and ancho and pasilla chilies.
They also have the Xbalanque, an “Amburana wood rested imperial stout” and also the Xquic Maple Imperial Stout.
