Expect immaculate, inventive dishes fully dotted with the peninsula’s endless allure : ‘Daggett’s DeBacker Family Dairy’; ‘Maitake and Certified Smoked King Trumpet Mushrooms naturally grown in Trernary’; ‘Effen Belgian Blonde, aged in an Iron Fish Maple Bourbon barrel from Munising’s, By George Brewery.’
