Join hundreds of thousands of people along Woodward Avenue in Detroit for one of America’s best Thanksgiving Parades!
Started in 1924 by Hudson’s department store, Detroit’s Thanksgiving Parade invovles tens of thousands of participants, hundreds of floats, the Big Head Corp (180 jumbo-sized paper mache heads), the annual Turkey Trot (USA’s largest Thanksgiving run featuring a 10k and 5k race) and more!
Parade starts 8:50am at Woodward and Kirby, marches downtown past the DIA and ends at 11am at Campus Martius.
