Detroit City Football Club (DCFC) is a semi-pro soccer team nicknamed “Le Rouge” and they have been tearing up opponents and attracting 5,000+ fans per game for the past few years now.
Plus, the DCFC fanbase, the Northern Guard, is numerous, ultra-supportive and hilarious.
That’s right, our own “Le Rouge” soccer team, is one of the best things to happen to Detroit. If you’ve never been to a game, you need to check it out.
They will be hosting open tryouts!
New for this year, they are hosting it at the awesome Total Sports Soccer Dome/Bubble.
Located on the campus of Oakland University, the $5 million dollar dome is 108,000-square feet and is currently the largest sports dome in the state of Michigan.
If you’re 18 and up (there is no age cap, so all you 70 and 80 year olds who want to school these yungins’ on the field, come do it!) and think you got what it takes to kick ass on the soccer field, then register and come try out!
There will be about 60-70 players trying out.
If you just want to come watch, spectators are FREE!
