Employees at non-profit thrift store Goodwill had a shock recently when they opened a case labeled “Michelle Miller” and found it was an urn containing her ashes.
The incident happened 15 minutes north of Portland, Oregon at the Goodwill (6425 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA) just across the Columbia River.
No suspects have been taken into custody and no one has come forward with any information yet.
This case would only make sense if Michelle Miller wanted to be cremated, then donated to a local Goodwill store. But unless someone comes forward, we’ll never know.
