Follow the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Samuel Risley from Port Huron to the lower St. Clair River to assist the American Sprit stuck in the ice off Russell Island. The Risley passes Marine City and the American Courage stopped in the River waiting for traffic to clear downbound. The Risley joins the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Griffon to free the American Spirit.
