A full-size replica of the Titanic is being built in China! The Titanic will be 882-feet long and 92-feet wide and will be permanently moored as a floating hotel on the Qijiang River in Sichuan at a theme park.
The Titanic is being designed by Curtis Schnell and being built at Wuchang Shipyard. The project is costing over 1 billion yuan ($145 million dollars).
The original Titanic was built in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It sank in 1912, killing over 1500 people.
