A dockominium is where you own your own dock/slip, instead of merely renting or leasing. Ownership includes access to amenities at the marina.
The dockominiums are 35′ wells and you pay roughly $120-$150 per month to cover association fees.

Belle Maer is especially known for their 4th of July golf cart parade and amazing fireworks show every year on the fireworks barge! Also, many people hang out in nearby Poor Man’s Bay.
