The 2018 Harrison Township Parade of Lights is fast approaching. This years event is Saturday, August 4th! Tito’s has stepped up and is the main sponsor for this year’s events!
With a Grand Prize of $1,500 and other divisional prizes, everyone is having a good time. There is NO Entry fee as always and all the money raised this year goes to the Detroit Dog Rescue.
They have changed the route this year. They did get the feedback last year and this year the route goes from Markley to the DNR ramp, then to the Bridge and finally back to Markley.
The best viewing spots are going to be the DNR ramp or some of the vacant spots along the river if you can find some parking
