“Let’s race some cardboard down the Ohio River!” is the rallying cry of the International Cardboard Boat Regatta!
The race takes place on the Ohio River in downtown New Richmond, Ohio, some 20-miles SE of Cincinnati. Over 70 homemade cardboard boats race in a competition for the Cardboard Cup.
This year you can win the Water Wars boat in a raffle! Also, be sure to check out the nearby Cardboard Boat Museum (311 Front Street) run by Team Lemon.
