It will take place on Lake St. Clair over at the Art Van sandbar.

The sandbar is named for a man named Art Van Elslander.
He used to run the Art Van Furniture empire and lived in an 18,000-square foot mansion located at 950 Lake Shore rd, Grosse Pointe Shores, MI.
The sandbar is offshore directly behind his old mansion.
This party will be a blast. Come ready to have some fun.
